Great experience! Shawn looked after me, was always available and I found my perfect home. They worked alongside the Jac Smith Group who sold my previous home.

My wife and I hired Jimmy and Shawn, “The Hometown Boys,” when we needed to sell our house. They helped us get it ready to show with their professional advice, and by sending a photographer/videographer whose work was exceptional. Complementing the photos, and video, was the professionally well-written description of our property. These two services, which Jimmy and Shawn provided, is an art unto itself. It really stirred up a lot of interest. The day they listed our home on the MLS, the showings came in quantity and quality that was surprising . It didn’t take long, we received offers from the first day visits, and in no time we settled on an offer that was over our asking price! The negotiations went smoothly with Jimmy and Shawn coordinating communications, and advising us during the process. The Inspection, walk-through, up till closing, were handled professionally.
